“I am not a cheese expert. I don’t like blue cheeses and would be happy eating edam. I do like savoury tasty types and love brie and camembert. My husband on the other hand loves cheeses. He could easily spend $50 in a specialty cheese shop on special occasions. He particularly likes smelly ones that have matured been left to rot in caves. Given his passion and expert-cheese in this area I got him to help me road test Moondarra Club Classic Cheddar.”
