No. of Kids: Two. I have one of each, a little dude called Henry who is 2 and a half and a baby girl called Annie who is 10 months.

What’s your blog all about? My Lucky Stars is about parenting two kids as a stay at home mum, with a focus on humour and having fun. I have a theme each day such as Manic Mondays, Weigh In Wednesdays and Friday’s Are For Fun. I also feature guest bloggers because I want the blog to show a wide range of experiences and voices.
Why did you start blogging? I used to be a writer and have always loved expressing myself through writing. I had also gotten to the point where I felt like I needed to do something with my nights – something creative and which felt like an achievement.
What is your favourite part about blogging? I love taking a normal everyday situation and showing how hilarious it can be. I love it when people comment and I get a bit of a conversation started. I love writing something that makes me laugh and then hitting ‘publish’ and hoping like heck it makes other people laugh too.
How do you manage juggling family life with blogging? My husband studies on top of having a full time job so he’s busy in the evenings. Now it’s become ‘our thing’ to sit down after the kids are in bed with our separate lap tops and do our ‘work’. Not very romantic but we take any time we can to be together these days! I also do whatever I can when the kids are asleep during the day.
Any advice to new/other bloggers? I’m pretty new too but I guess the old saying is true – write about what you know.
