The memories you make going on a big family holiday overseas are memories you want to preserve in a very special way. As a Mum and a blogger, the many photos I take are my way to keep those memories alive.
Recently I was approached by MILK books to make and review a beautiful BESPOKE photo book.
Having an exciting overseas family holiday at that time was the perfect reason to put our memories into a beautiful book.
As soon as I opened the MILK books website I was impressed with the lovely layout and options available.
Navigating the MILK books website is a seamless process and once the photo book is started it is easy to access when you return to the site and a ‘pop up’ window allows you the option to work on the book in a full screen.
I chose to create my BESPOKE book, using the Travel template for our recent overseas trip to the USA. There are many options for design including Baby, Wedding, and Recipe.
Importing pictures to the site was very easy and straight forward. Images can be imported from your computer, Facebook, Flickr or Picassa. If an image imported is not large enough for the size of the image box, it alerted me so I could make adjustments to ensure a quality print result.
Handy tips to help create the BESPOKE book pop up while your book is loading and the help menu has a comprehensive list of topics for creating your book.
Once the images are selected, changes can be made to the page layout, text added and additional photos.
I have attempted to make photo books on other sites but always found the process less than user friendly. With MILK books site I could easily save my changes and come back to my book at any time. I also love how it greets you when you log in. Very personable.
While creating your MILK book, there is also an option to invite other people to contribute to your book! And sharing the first pages online as well.
I had so much fun creating this book. I love that you can order a digital flip book to share with your friends.
I am looking forward to my BESPOKE book to arriving. What a treasure to keep.
