I’ll let in on a little secret I’m a super average cook. Yep not that great at all. Mr Ecochick is the chef in our home. He’s JUST AMAZING!!!! I always say I married him because he can cook (I’m half joking!). He really is amazing he can open the fridge and say we have this and this we can make this, that, and this! so my secret? I use a lot of cookbooks! I often use the recipes straight from the cooks or I change them to use what I have in the house. Cookbooks should be a stand alone amazing recipe or be an inspiration for a meal. […]
